Use of Employee Vehicles. Employees who are requested to use their own vehicles for museum business shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred at the mileage rate allowed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as the standard mileage rate for business use of an automobile. An employee may decline to use his/her personal vehicle for museum business unless such use is specified in his/her job description.
