USE OF IT TOOLS Clause Samples

The "Use of IT Tools" clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use of information technology resources within an organization or under a contract. It typically outlines which software, hardware, or digital platforms may be used, sets standards for acceptable use, and may specify security protocols or restrictions on personal use. For example, it might require employees to use only company-approved applications or prohibit the installation of unauthorized software. This clause helps ensure that IT resources are used safely and efficiently, protecting the organization from security risks, data breaches, and misuse of technology.
