If you qualify and agree to participate as an Affiliate, we may provide you with access to graphic and textual links and JavaScript code (each referred to herein as a "Link" or collectively, as the "Links") that you may use to promote Provider Services. Links will serve to identify your website as a member of the Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your website or e-mail to Provider Website. The You agree to cooperate fully with us to establish, display, and maintain such Links. You further agree that your use of the Links must be in compliance with this Agreement at all times. Provider may modify the Links from time to time in its sole discretion. You will not use graphic or textual images (indicating a Link) or text messages to promote Provider that are not approved in advance by Provider. Furthermore, you agree not to use cookie stuffing techniques that set the affiliate tracking cookie without the Referred Customer's knowledge (e.g. iframe).
Use of Links. You represent and warrant that all promotional means used by You will not contain objectionable content (including but not limited to content that is misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, and/or promoting illegal goods, services or activities), and that You will not mislead others. You agree to: (i) use ethical and legal business practices, (ii) comply with the Advertisers’ Program terms and this Agreement, (iii) maintain a privacy policy on Your Web site and for any non-Web site based promotional method made available to Visitors, and (iv) designate Your Publisher Account as “special” if You promote an Advertiser(s) by any means other than displaying a Link to the Advertiser on Your Web site. CJ must approve all of Your promotional activities and may deem Your promotional activities inappropriate and a material breach of this Agreement in CJ’s sole discretion. Our network quality department reviews publisher conduct and any suspected fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal content or activity by You through Your promotional methods, or that is perpetrated through use of the Network Service, is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement or deactivation of Your Account.

During the term of this Agreement, in the event that we make our trademark available to you within the Affiliate Tool, you may use our trademark as long as you follow the usage requirements in this section. You must: • Only use the images of our trademark that we make available to you, without altering them in any way; • Only use our trademarks in connection with the Affiliate Program and this Agreement; and • Immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use. You must not: • Use our trademark in a misleading or disparaging way; • Use our trademark in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor or approve of your services or products; or • Use our trademark in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material. All materials, including without limitation, ad copy and promotions on your Rep Network must accurately represent active and valid promotions and you must immediately remove any inactive or expired promotions. The Links will serve to identify Affiliate’s website as a member of the LEH Affiliate Program and will establish a link from Affiliate’s website or e-mail messages to LEH’s website. Affiliate agrees to cooperate fully with LEH in order to establish and maintain such Links. Affiliate further agrees that use of the Links must be in compliance with this Agreement at all times. LEH may modify the Links from time to time in its sole discretion. Affiliate will not use graphic or textual images, custom HTML code, or text messages to promote LEH that are not approved in advance by LEH. Affiliate Sites shall display the Links prominently in all relevant sections of their website. Furthermore, Affiliate shall not use cookie stuffing techniques that set the affiliate tracking cookie without the Referred Customer's knowledge. LEH must preapprove, in writing, any information with respect to LEH that is going to be displayed on Affiliate Sites but is not contained in the LEH Affiliate Program Portal.
