Use of Participant Data. (a) Data Republic must: (i) only use or access the Participant Data (including any Participant Data contained or incorporated in any Data Products), and only permit such Participant Data to be used or accessed, in such manner and to the extent approved by the Participant pursuant to an Approved Data Licence, including any requirements, exclusions or special conditions set out therein; (ii) not take any steps to seek to match Participant Data about a particular de- identified Individual with data from other Data Contributors about the same de-identified Individual, except where expressly permitted in an Approved Data Licence; (iii) not take any steps to seek to re-identify any Individuals which are the subject of de- identified Participant Data; and (iv) impose appropriate contractual restrictions on Users not to take steps to seek to re-identify Individuals, or permit matching by Users, in the course of their use of the Data Products on the Data Republic Platform.
Use of Participant Data. (a) Before any Participant Data is used: (i) by Data Republic or any other Participant to create any Data Products; (ii) to provide any Data Products to a User; or (iii) otherwise for the benefit of any User or third party, Data Republic must obtain the consent of Participant to such use in accordance with the process set out in the Managed Exchange Governance Workflow. (b) Data Republic must: (i) only use or access the Participant Data (including any Participant Data contained or incorporated in any Data Products), and only permit such Participant Data to be used or accessed, in such manner and to the extent approved by the Participant pursuant to an Approved Data Licence, including any requirements, exclusions or special conditions set out therein; (ii) not take any steps to seek, nor permit anyone else to take any steps to seek, to match Participant Data about a particular de-identified Individual with data from Other Data Contributors about the same de- identified Individual except where expressly permitted in an Approved Data Licence; (iii) not take any steps to seek to re-identify any Individuals which are the subject of de-identified Participant Data; and (iv) impose appropriate contractual restrictions on Users not to take steps to seek to re-identify Individuals, or permit matching by Users, in the course of their use of the Data Products on the Data Republic Senate Platform.
Use of Participant Data. With the exception of KPMP data that is publicly available via ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Institution may grant to Company a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to Derived Data, Protected Health Information (PHI), a Limited Data Set (LDS), or De-identified PHI solely for use in and in accordance with the Research Study as described in this Agreement. Such license shall be in accordance with the KPMP Data Use Policy. Company agrees to use KPMP Participant Data for internal research purposes only and will not sell, license, or use for direct commercial exploitation any KPMP Participant Data. Company agrees that KPMP Participant Data may not be used for direct clinical diagnostic, prognostic, or treatment purposes. The De-identified Participant Data shall be treated in accordance with the Participant Data Management Terms in Schedule 4. Ownership of Derived Data. Institution and Company shall be free to use such Derived Data for any purpose (subject to Section 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 with regards to Institution) without the obligation to consult or seek approval.

Related to Use of Participant Data

  • Use of Service Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.

  • Use of Grant Funds Grantee shall use the Grant Funds only for Eligible Expenses as set forth in Appendix A and for no other purpose. Grantee shall expend the Grant Funds in accordance with the Budget and shall obtain the prior approval of City before transferring expenditures from one line item to another within the Budget.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan. The Company, or its Subsidiaries, may transfer Data among themselves or to third parties as necessary for the purpose of implementation, administration and management of the Plan. These various recipients of Data may be located elsewhere throughout the world. The Participant authorizes these various recipients of Data to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Participant may, at any time, review Data with respect to the Participant and require any necessary amendments to such Data. The Participant may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying the Company in writing; however, the Participant understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, the Participant may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. We assume no responsibility for the operation, security, or functionality of any wireless device or mobile network which you utilize to access the Mobile Banking service.
