USE OF POLITICAL MATERIALS IN CLASSROOM. Use of political materials for classroom instruction shall be limited to those materials useful in carrying out the instructional program; each teacher shall be required to present such material in an objective, fair, and responsible manner so as to respect the differing opinions of others.
