Common use of Use of Residence Clause in Contracts

Use of Residence. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use the premises only as a residence for themselves. Tenant must inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and obtain permission first, 30 days in advance, if there is a change in roommates and/or additional roommates are desired. This must be done 30 daaysprior and it must be written and approved by CCD Rentals before going into efect. A $100.00 charge will be added per roommate every month, it could be more.This will be determined by CCD Rentals. If tenant fails to inform landlord of additional people occupying said rental agreement or change in tenants without permission is in violation of this rental agreement. Additional roommates must be approved FIRST by CCD Rentals before moving in.
