Prohibitions on Use. You will not: (i) access or use the services for an illegal, fraudulent or defamatory purpose, or (ii) take steps or actions that could do or undermine the security, integrity, effectiveness, goodwill or connectivity of the Services or the Bank (including but not limited to fraudulent, malicious or other activity that threaten to harm or cause harm to any other person). The Bank may, in its discretion, decline or refuse to act on an instructions given by you.

Prohibitions on Use. You may not, and You may not facilitate or enable others to: (a) Use the Licensed Application in a manner other than as authorized or intended, that exceeds or circumvents rate or other limits (without obtaining ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇’s prior written consent) or is otherwise excessive, abusive, or disruptive, (b) Use the Licensed Application to upload, distribute or otherwise specify any personally identifiable or proprietary information of any individual or other third party, (c) Interfere with, disrupt, abuse, damage, or access in an unauthorized manner the Licensed Application or any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ system, (d) Make any statements that purport to be or might reasonably be construed to be made on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or that Your Software, Derived Product, or services are “approved,” “certified,” or otherwise endorsed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, (e) Misrepresent the source or ownership of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Content returned from the Licensed Application or misrepresent or mask Your identity or the identity of Your Software when using the Licensed Application, (f) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive any of the Licensed Application’s source code, (g) Modify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Content for any purpose whatsoever, (h) Use any robot, spider, site search or other device to scrape, retrieve or index ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Content or services provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, (i) Collect or use ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, (j) Use software that contains, transmits, or distributes any malware or other computer programming of a destructive, detrimental, or surreptitious nature that may damage, interfere with, intercept, expropriate or permit unauthorized access to the Licensed Application, any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ system, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Content, (k) Use the Licensed Application or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Content with the intent to design, build, promote or augment any service competitive to the Licensed Application or other ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ application, (l) Use or access the Licensed Application in any way which may undermine ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇’s business interests, or (m) Modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or sublicense the Licensed Application.

Prohibitions on Use. The Property is to be used by you, and any and all invitees, relatives, friends, or individuals who access, use, occupy or enter the Property (your Permitted Invitees) for general vacation purposes only. By executing below, you agree that you and your Permitted Invitees will not use the Property for hosting weddings, parties or other similar large gatherings; In addition, this Property is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Smoking inside the Property, housing any pet, hosting large gatherings, parties or weddings, or any other damage caused by you or your Permitted Invitees to the Property will result in a damage fee, which will be debited from your credit card. You hereby authorize BML to maintain an open account on your credit card in an amount equal to the Initial Payment for the purposes of seeking compensation for any damage to the Property or others caused by you or Permitted Invitees. However, the recovery by BML of any damages caused by you or your Permitted Invitees shall not be limited to the amount of the Damage Deposit.

Prohibitions on Use. You will not (i) provide untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself, your Funding Sources or your accounts at other financial institutions; (ii) access or use the Services for an illegal, fraudulent, malicious or defamatory purpose; (iii) take steps or actions that could or do undermine the security, integrity, effectiveness, goodwill or connectivity of the Services (including illegal, fraudulent, malicious, defamatory or other activities that threaten to harm or cause harm to any other person); or (iv) reverse engineer the source code for any Software, or any of the service technology.

Prohibitions on Use. Subscriber will ensure that use of the Service by all Authorized Users, and all Subscriber Data, is always compliant with the intended purpose of the Service and all Laws. Subscriber hereby covenants, represents, and warrants that none of Subscriber, Authorized User, or any user of a View-Only Account will: a) use Optigo’s Product Suite in any way that violates any local, provincial, federal, or foreign law or regulation, or that is fraudulent, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic; b) use Optigo’s Product Suite in any way that is prohibited by this Agreement; c) interfere with or circumvent mechanisms in Optigo’s Product Suite intended to limit Subscriber’s use thereof, or otherwise use the Service in a way to avoid payment of Fees; d) abuse, interfere with, misuse, change, or disrupt Optigo’s Product Suite, including the use thereof by third parties; e) modify, disassemble, decompile, translate, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain or derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or non-public APIs, of Optigo’s Product Suite; f) use Optigo’s Product Suite or Consulting Services to develop produce, build, or market a product or service substantially similar to Optigo’s Product Suite, or copy any features, functions or graphics of Optigo’s Product Suite; g) use Optigo’s Product Suite to communicate any message or material that is harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, would violate anyone’s the intellectual property or publicity or privacy rights, that would give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation; h) upload or transmit any software, content, or code that does or is intended to damage, harm, disable, overburden, impair, destroy, disrupt or adversely affect the performance of Optigo’s Product Suite, including viruses or programming routines intended to damage, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or Personally Identifiable Information; i) create a security vulnerability, denial of service attack or other disruptive activity, consume excessive bandwidth, or otherwise cause harm to Optigo’s Product Suite, or Optigo’s other customers and users; j) rent, lease, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, or provide access to Optigo’s Product Suite to anyone except an Authorized User or in...

Prohibitions on Use. The Products are intended for connection to the room telephone wiring and to the "subscriber" side of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") Part 68 Registered telephone services switch (the PABX). In no event shall Reseller or Customers directly connect the Products to the telephone company central office wiring which would require Registration as "Terminal Equipment" pursuant to 47 Code of Federal Regulations Part 68 of the FCC Rules.
