Patent Application definition

Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.
Patent Application means an application for patent protection for an Invention with any domestic or foreign patent-issuing authority.
Patent Application means any application for a Patent.

  • If Collaborator fails to notify Leidos Biomedical of its decision within that time period or notifies Leidos Biomedical of its decision not to file a Patent Application then Leidos Biomedical has the right to file a Patent Application on such CRADA Subject Invention.

Patent Application means U.S. or foreign patent application, continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, reissue and/or reexamination on any Invention.
