Common use of Use of School Buildings Clause in Contracts

Use of School Buildings. The local Association shall have the right, upon approval of the Superintendent or his designee, to use school buildings for meetings at a time when school is not in session, provided that such meetings do not interfere with instructional and/or extra-curricular programs. All meeting areas shall be approved by the Superintendent or his designee. Whenever special custodial services are required, the Board may make a reasonable charge for the services.
