The County shall then either (i) dispose of the Property and use the proceeds to reduce the County’s bonded indebtedness for schools or for school capital outlay purposes or (ii) use the property for non-school purposes and use an amount negotiated by the County and School District as the fair market value of the Property to reduce the County’s bonded indebtedness for schools or for school capital outlay purposes. If the County assumes ownership of Property pursuant to a resolution entered under this Section, the School District may permit use of the Property by non-school groups for County related purposes, consistent with the School Board’s Facilities Use policy.
