Use of SIM Cards Clause Samples

The 'Use of SIM Cards' clause defines the rules and restrictions governing how SIM cards provided under an agreement may be used. Typically, it specifies that SIM cards are to be used solely with authorized devices and for approved services, and may prohibit actions such as tampering, resale, or use in unapproved equipment. This clause ensures that SIM cards are used in accordance with the provider’s policies, helping to prevent misuse, unauthorized access, or network security risks.
