Common use of Use of the Account Clause in Contracts

Use of the Account. The Account shall be used exclusively to hold, acquire, transfer or otherwise care for, on behalf of Custodian as custodian and the customers of Custodian and not for Custodian's own interest, Securities and such Cash or cash equivalents as are transferred to Subcustodian or as are received in payment of any transfer of, or as payment on, or interest on, or dividend from, any such Securities (herein collectively called "Cash").

Use of the Account. The Account shall be used exclusively to hold, acquire, transfer or otherwise care for, on behalf of Custodian as custodian and the customers of Custodian and not for Custodian's own interest, Securities Securities, and such Cash or cash equivalents as are transferred to Subcustodian or as are received in payment of any transfer of, or as payment on, or interest on, or dividend from, any such Securities (herein collectively called "Cash").
