Use of the English Language. This Agreement has been executed in the English language and the Parties hereby expressly agree that the English version of this Agreement shall, at all time and for all purposes, control and govern the meaning and interpretation of the matter set forth herein, and that any Spanish version of this Agreement has been prepared for Buyer's and Companies' convenience only.

(b) One Japanese language translation of this Amendment may be prepared by an interpreter approved by the Technical Agent, the reasonable and documented out-of-pocket cost of such translation to be paid for by the Borrower.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English language version and any translation hereof made for any purpose, the English language version shall govern the interpretation and construction hereof and for any and all other purposes, except as may be otherwise required by applicable Law.
