Common use of Use of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Use of the Goods. a) The Lessee is solely responsible and liable for the day to day operation of the Goods and for any costs associated with the replacement of any Consumables. b) The Lessee is solely responsible and liable to the Owner if the Lessee uses the Goods in a manner which is inconsistent with the manufacturer’s manuals or specifications. c) The Goods come with manufacturer’s warranty which the Lessee has access to. See the Service section of these terms and conditions. d) The Lessee must return the Goods in good working order Fair Wear and Tear excepted.
