Common use of Use of your home Clause in Contracts

Use of your home. 32.1 You must use your home as your only or principal home and not operate any business at or from it without our prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld). If we give our consent to run a business from your home, we may regularly review our decision. We will withdraw permission if your business causes a nuisance or damage to property. 32.2 You must keep your home in good condition and report any faults or damage for which we are responsible immediately to us. 32.3 You must not tamper with gas or electricity supplies or with the meters. 32.4 You must not keep mopeds, motorbikes or any machinery with a fuel engine inside your home or on indoor shared areas (such as entrance halls, stairs, walkways and landings). 32.5 You must not allow more than the number of persons shown on page 2 to live at your home.
