Use of your home. 13.1 You, your friends and relatives and any other person living in or visiting the property (including children) must not use the property other than as a private home. 13.2 You must obtain our written permission before you run a business from the home. 13.3 Periodically you may be required to produce identification and provide evidence that you occupy the property and details of anyone else living with you on a permanent or temporary basis. 13.4 Periodically you will be required to provide access to the property for the purpose of carrying out a tenancy check. 13.5 You must take reasonable steps to prevent noise transferring from your home to any adjoining properties. This may include laying carpets or fitting other floor insulation. 13.6 You should tell us in writing if you will be away from your home for more than four consecutive weeks.
