Use Reporting Clause Samples

The Use Reporting clause requires parties to provide regular updates or reports on how a product, service, or licensed material is being utilized. Typically, this involves submitting periodic statements detailing usage metrics, such as the number of users, frequency of access, or specific ways the resource is employed. By mandating such reporting, the clause ensures transparency and enables the provider to monitor compliance, assess value, or calculate fees based on actual use.
