Use, Storage and Replacement of Personal Property. 13.4.1 A unit member wishing to use his/her personal property in the performance of District duties shall request and receive prior annual written approval before said usage. The unit member request shall include the following: 13.4.1.1 A statement that the property is essential for the successful completion of District educational activities. 13.4.1.2 A description of the property, including brand name, serial number and any other identifying characteristics. 13.4.1.3 A statement of the monetary value of the property at the time approval is being sought. 13.4.1.4 A statement that the property is not covered by the unit member’s personal insurance for loss by theft or mysterious disappearance. 13.4.1.5 A statement that the employee will store the property in a place agreed to by the principal or supervisor. 13.4.2 In the event that an item of personal property as described herein is lost, stolen, or damaged, the District shall have the sole and exclusive discretion to decide whether or not the employee shall be reimbursed, or the amount of any such reimbursement. In no event shall the reimbursement amount, if any, exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). The District shall establish procedures to implement the provisions of this section.

  • Real Property; Personal Property (a) On the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church will have full title and ownership of the Real Property and Personal Property. The parties shall ensure all necessary transfers or other transactions relating to the above properties are completed on or prior to the Disaffiliation Date. Any costs resulting from such transfers or other transactions shall be borne by Local Church. (b) At Closing, the Annual Conference shall deliver to the Local Church: (i) the Deed(s) quitclaiming and releasing all interest of the Annual Conference in the Real Property to the Local Church; (ii) the Bill of Sale conveying all the interest of the Annual Conference in the Personal Property to the Local Church; and, (iii) a FIRPTA certificate.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
