Use Time Clause Samples

The "Use Time" clause defines the specific periods during which a party is permitted to use a property, facility, or resource. Typically, it outlines the days, hours, or seasons when access is granted, and may include restrictions such as blackout dates, maintenance periods, or priority scheduling for certain users. By clearly specifying when use is allowed, this clause helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures all parties understand their rights and limitations regarding access.
