By using an Application, you represent and covenant that You will not: • Transmit information, messages, images, photos, videos, files, personal or technical data, or any other type of information or content (collectively, “User Content”) which is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous; • Post any User Content that you have no rights to, or for which transmission by You would constitute infringement of third party intellectual property rights or other rights; • Post sensitive information about Yourself or any other person; • Post any content containing viruses, malicious code, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer, device, data or property, or transmit any other harmful or code technology; • Bully, intimidate, or harass any third party including members of any social network or the public in general; • Post any discriminatory, libellous, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence, or otherwise unlawful User Content; • Do anything fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory in using an Application; • Engage in any unruly, disruptive, unprofessional, or offensive conduct while using an Application; • Violate any laws, third party rights, or any of Your obligations under this ▇▇▇▇; • Post any content or materials (including User Content) that you do not have a right to transmit under any law; • Collect or store personal information about others or use an Application to collect User Content from others, whether for commercial use or any other kind of use, without first obtaining their consent and first making it clear that You (and not Licensor) are the one collecting their User Content, and posting a privacy policy explaining what User Content you collect, how You will use it and how You will disclose it; • Facilitate or encourage any violations of this ▇▇▇▇; and • Use Licensor’s or any third party’s proprietary content, intellectual property or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without the owners express prior written permission or Post any material that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of another.

If repeated violations occur, We reserve the right to cancel Your access to the Website and any Services without advanced notice. If any of the above conduct occurs while on a Program, Cloud Connections reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether Your conduct has violated this Agreement. If You are found to have violated this agreement through discriminatory or harassing conduct, Cloud Connection reserves the right to immediately remove You from the Program and any and all lawsServices, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to your use of the Application; and b) uploading, posting, disseminating, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting (collectively “Posting”) any User Content. By using an Application, you represent and covenant that funds paid by You will not: • Transmit information, messages, images, photos, videos, files, personal or technical data, or any other type of information or content (collectively, “User Content”) which is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous; • Post any User Content that you have no rights to, or for which transmission by You would constitute infringement of third party intellectual property rights or other rights; • Post sensitive information about Yourself or any other person; • Post any content containing viruses, malicious code, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer, device, data or property, or transmit any other harmful or code technology; • Bully, intimidate, or harass any third party including members of any social network or the public in general; • Post any discriminatory, libellous, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence, or otherwise unlawful User Content; • Do anything fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory in using an Application; • Engage in any unruly, disruptive, unprofessional, or offensive conduct while using an Application; • Violate any laws, third party rights, or any of Your obligations under this ▇▇▇▇; • Post any content or materials (including User Content) that you do not have a right to transmit under any law; • Collect or store personal information about others or use an Application to collect User Content from others, whether for commercial use or any other kind of use, without first obtaining their consent and first making it clear that You (and not Licensor) are the one collecting their User Content, and posting a privacy policy explaining what User Content you collect, how You will use it and how You will disclose it; • Facilitate or encourage any violations of this ▇▇▇▇; and • Use Licensor’s or any third party’s proprietary content, intellectual property or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without the owners express prior written permission or Post any material that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of anotherbe forfeited.

(e) You understand and agree that UBERDOC may (but is not obligated to) review and delete any Posted Information that in the sole judgment of UBERDOC violates these Terms of Use or the UBERDOC Privacy Policy, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights of, harm, or threaten the safety of other users or members of the Services and/or other website users. (f) You agree that you will only provide Posted Information that you believe to be true. 3.4 You may not submit Posted Information that, among other kinds of content and communications that are illegal or prohibited on/through the Site, may be investigated and acted upon UBERDOC in accordance with these Terms of Use, including Posted Information that: (a) the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to your use of the Application; and b) uploading, posting, disseminating, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting (collectively “Posting”) any User Content. By using an Application, you represent and covenant that You will not: • Transmit information, messages, images, photos, videos, files, personal or technical data, or any other type of information or content (collectively, “User Content”) which is false, inaccuratedeceptive or misleading; (b) ▇▇▇▇▇ UBERDOC, misleadingour service providers, defamatory, or libellous; • Post any User Content that you have no rights to, or for which transmission by You would constitute infringement of third party intellectual property rights or other rights; • Post sensitive information about Yourself suppliers or any other person; • Post ; (c) harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (d) involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”; (e) violates, infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or other rights of any content containing virusesperson; (f) violates antitrust, malicious code, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted filescompetition, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer, device, data or property, or transmit any other harmful or code technology; • Bully, intimidate, or harass any third party including members of any social network or the public in general; • Post any discriminatory, libellous, harassing, hateful, consumer protection laws; (g) is threatening, defamatoryabusive, obscene, defamatory or libelous; or (h) is pornographic or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence, or otherwise unlawful User Content; • Do anything fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory sexually explicit in using an Application; • Engage in any unruly, disruptive, unprofessional, or offensive conduct while using an Application; • Violate any laws, third party rights, or any of Your obligations under this ▇▇▇▇; • Post any content or materials (including User Content) that you do not have a right to transmit under any law; • Collect or store personal information about others or use an Application to collect User Content from others, whether for commercial use or any other kind of use, without first obtaining their consent and first making it clear that You (and not Licensor) are the one collecting their User Content, and posting a privacy policy explaining what User Content you collect, how You will use it and how You will disclose it; • Facilitate or encourage any violations of this ▇▇▇▇; and • Use Licensor’s or any third party’s proprietary content, intellectual property or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without the owners express prior written permission or Post any material that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of anothernature.

It is forbidden to submit Content of a commercial nature (including advertising), unless such posts pertain to CityCop, the Service, or any applicable laws whether relating CityCop's products and CityCop has approved them in advance. By using an Application, you represent and covenant that You will not: • Transmit information, messages, images, photos, videos, files, their personal or technical data, or any other type of information or content (collectively, “User Content”) which their address and contact information; ● Content that is false, inaccurate, misleadingunlawful, defamatory, libelous or libellousinvades the privacy of others; • Post ● that is harassing, offensive, threatening or vulgar; ● that is characterized by, or that encourages racism or unlawfully discriminates on the basis of race, origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, occupation, sexual orientation, illness, physical or mental disability, faith, political view or socio-economical class; ● that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or gives rise to civil liability or other lawsuit; ● that promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law or under these Terms; ● that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by CityCop. CityCop may decline to publish, or immediately delete any User Content that you submitted, if you have no rights to, violated these Terms or for which transmission by You would constitute infringement of third party intellectual property rights if you engaged in a commission or other rights; • Post sensitive information about Yourself or any other person; • Post any content containing viruses, malicious code, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software omission that may damage the operation of another’s computer, device, data or property, or transmit any other is harmful or code technology; • Bullymay be harmful to the Service, intimidateits users, or harass any third party including members of any social network or the public in general; • Post any discriminatory, libellous, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence, or otherwise unlawful User Content; • Do anything fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory in using an Application; • Engage in any unruly, disruptive, unprofessional, or offensive conduct while using an Application; • Violate any laws, third party rights, CityCop or any of Your obligations under its agents or affiliates. In such cases, CityCop may also prevent you from posting additional Content or granting you access to use the Service. By using an Application, you represent and covenant that You will not: • Transmit information, messages, images, photos, videos, files, personal or technical data, or any other type of information or content reviews (collectively, “User Content”) which is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory). You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or libellous; • Post otherwise have the right to provide, all User Content that you submit, post and/or otherwise transmit through the Services. You hereby grant Neighborhood Express a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully sublicensable right and license to use, copy, display, publish, modify, remove, publicly perform, translate, create derivative works, distribute and/or otherwise use the User Content in connection with Neighborhood Express business and in all forms now known or hereafter invented (“Uses”), without notification to and/or approval by you. You further grant Neighborhood Express a license to use your username and/or other User profile information, including without limitation your ratings history, to attribute User Content to you in connection with such Uses, without notification or approval by you. You agree that this license includes the right for other Users to access and use your User Content in conjunction with participation in the Services and as permitted through the functionality of the Services. In the interest of clarity, the license granted to Neighborhood Express herein shall survive termination of the Services or your account. Neighborhood Express reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or disable access to any User Content from the Services, suspend or terminate your account at any time, or pursue any other remedy or relief available under equity or law if you post any User Content that you have no rights toviolates this Agreement or we consider to be objectionable for any reason. You agree that Neighborhood Express may monitor and/or delete your User Content (but does not assume the obligation) for any reason in Neighborhood Express sole discretion. Neighborhood Express may also access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as Neighborhood Express reasonably believes is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or for which transmission by You would constitute infringement governmental request, (ii) enforce this Agreement, including investigation of third party intellectual property rights or other rights; • Post sensitive information about Yourself or any other person; • Post any content containing virusespotential violations hereof, malicious code(iii) detect, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer, device, data or property, or transmit any other harmful or code technology; • Bully, intimidate, or harass any third party including members of any social network or the public in general; • Post any discriminatory, libellous, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violenceprevent, or otherwise unlawful User Content; • Do anything fraudulentaddress fraud, unlawful, misleading, malicioussecurity, or discriminatory in using an Application; • Engage in any unrulytechnical issues, disruptive, unprofessional(iv) respond to User support requests, or offensive conduct while using an Application; • Violate any laws, third party (v) protect the rights, or any of Your obligations under this ▇▇▇▇; • Post any content or materials (including User Content) that you do not have a right to transmit under any law; • Collect or store personal information about others or use an Application to collect User Content from others, whether for commercial use or any other kind of use, without first obtaining their consent and first making it clear that You (and not Licensor) are the one collecting their User Content, and posting a privacy policy explaining what User Content you collect, how You will use it and how You will disclose it; • Facilitate or encourage any violations of this ▇▇▇▇; and • Use Licensor’s or any third party’s proprietary content, intellectual property or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without safety of Neighborhood Express, its users and the owners express prior written permission or Post any material that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of anotherpublic.

(f) You agree that you will only provide Posted Information that you believe to be true. 3.4 You may not submit Posted Information that, among other kinds of content and communications that are illegal or prohibited on/through the Site, may be investigated and acted upon UberDoc in accordance with these Terms of Use, including Posted Information that: (a) the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to your use of the Application; and b) uploading, posting, disseminating, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting (collectively “Posting”) any User Content.
