Common use of Users Accounts Clause in Contracts

Users Accounts. 4.3.1 You may create up to the pre-purchased quantity of unique end user accounts (“Allowed User Count”) for the Service. 4.3.2 You agree to pay us for additional end user accounts in excess of Allowed User Count at then current rate for our new contracts, as defined by us, plus $3.00, per end user account, per month.
