USES AND PURPOSES Clause Samples

The "USES AND PURPOSES" clause defines the specific ways in which a party may use certain assets, information, or services provided under the agreement. It typically outlines permitted activities, such as using confidential information solely for evaluating a business opportunity or restricting the use of licensed software to internal business operations. By clearly delineating acceptable uses, this clause helps prevent misuse or unauthorized exploitation, ensuring that the parties' intentions and boundaries are respected and reducing the risk of disputes.
