Using Information. All information collected by and provided to us, including information about you, may be used and disclosed for the following purposes: (i) to verify your identity and investigate your background; (ii) to open and operate account(s) and provide requested products and services; (iii) to understand your financial situation; (iv) to determine and make decisions about your eligibility for products and services we offer; (v) to help us better understand the current and future needs of our clients; (vi) to communicate to you any benefit, feature or other information about our products and services; (vii) to help us better manage our business and your relationship with us; (viii) to maintain the accuracy and integrity of information held by a credit reporting agency; and (ix) as required or permitted by law.
