Common use of Using Vacation Clause in Contracts

Using Vacation. ‌ Unit Members shall be employed by the City for one (1) complete year prior to using any vacation. However, in unusual circumstances the Fire Chief’s Office may approve use of vacation time prior to the unit member completing one (1) complete year with the City.
