Common use of Utility Allowance Clause in Contracts

Utility Allowance. 47.01 All employees who own their own house and pay all utilities or pay economic rent shall receive a Utility Allowance of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per month payable September to March each fiscal year. Apprentices shall not be entitled to the above allowance.
