Utility Connection. Contracts for installation or alteration of electricity, gas or plumbing shall be made by and at the expense of Licensee with contractors approved in writing by Manager, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. All such connections and related work shall be at the expense of the Licensee, including any related costs incurred by Manager, which shall be considered as Out-of-Pocket Expenses.
Utility Connection. If you request to participate in the Utility Maintenance Program, or request that we put the utilities of your rental in our name, we charge a one-time $45 utility transfer fee.
Utility Connection. Contracts for usage, installation or alteration of additional electricity, gas, or plumbing shall be at the expense of LESSEE and must be contracted directly through the City of Athens, Tennessee solely. Utility Connection. 13.01 All public utility connections and installations of wires and conduits to Buildings shall be made underground from the nearest available power source. No transformer, electric, gas or other meter of any type or other apparatus shall be located on any power pole but the same shall be placed on or below the surface of the land or hung on the outside of a Building on a wall not facing a street, and where placed on the surface of the land shall be adequately screened and fenced, and all such installations shall be subject to prior written approval of the Trustees. 13.02 The provisions of this Article 13 shall not operate to prohibit or modify the overhead electrical transmission line of Kansas City Power & Light Company located on portions of the Entire Tract at the date of these Restrictions.

  • Electrical connections In accordance with paragraph 5.11.   • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Connections You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband and computer equipment and services needed to access and use Hosted Services, and for paying all associated charges.

  • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.
