Common use of Utility Location Clause in Contracts

Utility Location. Prior to commencement of any Work in the Construction Phase, Construction Manager shall make all reasonable efforts to specifically locate Underground Facilities which may be affected by the Construction Work, including identification of any utilities which the Construction Manager knows or has reason to know may be affected, whether or not information about such utilities is reported through third-party notification services.
