Utility Specifications. Seller’s obligation to construct off-site utility infrastructure for Buyer’s use at the Facility is limited to the normal and customary service loads planned for typical industrial/commercial parcels within the Project. These specifications are as follows:
Utility Specifications. (a) All wiring shall be installed in accordance with specifications approved by the Township, Hydro One Networks Inc., ▇▇▇▇ Canada and the appropriate cablevision company, as applicable, and the location of such wiring shall be shown on the Plan hereto. (b) The Owner shall be required, to coordinate the preparation of an overall utility distribution plan showing the location (shared or otherwise) and installation, timing and phasing of all required utilities (on grade, below-grade or above- grade) through liaison with the appropriate electrical, gas, telephone and cablevision authorities and including on-site drainage facilities. This location plan shall take into consideration the respective standards and specifications in manuals of the utilities, where applicable, and shall be to the satisfaction of all affected authorities.
Utility Specifications. Urban shall deliver its utility specifications for the Purchased Property and the Leased Property to PAID as expeditiously as possible after the date hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge and agree that the same shall not be a Surviving Obligation which could result in an Urban Post-Closing Default; however, Urban delivery of the utility specifications shall be a condition to PAID’s obligation to commence and complete the Stage I Work.
Utility Specifications. Wiring for public utilities, to be installed in the area specified in the Plan of Subdivision herein and shall be underground, installed in accordance with specifications approved by the Township Official and the applicable utility. The final plans are to be approved by the Township in its absolute and sole discretion. Any cost incurred to revise the plans will be the responsibility of the Owner.
Utility Specifications. Utilities delivered to Seller shall conform to the specifications set forth in Exhibit D.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:
