Common use of Vacation Calculation Clause in Contracts

Vacation Calculation. Vacation will be calculated as follows: One (1) year of continuous service – One (1) week of vacation Two to Five (2-5) years of continuous service – Two (2) weeks of vacation Six to Ten (6-10) years of continuous service – Three (3) weeks of vacation Eleven (11) or more years of continuous service – Four (4) weeks of vacation For purposes of this Agreement, one (1) week of vacation means five days.
