Vacation for Repeating Fixed Term Positions Clause Samples

The "Vacation for Repeating Fixed Term Positions" clause defines how vacation entitlements are managed for employees who are hired on consecutive fixed-term contracts. Typically, this clause outlines whether vacation time accrues separately for each contract or carries over between terms, and may specify how unused vacation is paid out or scheduled at the end of each term. Its core function is to ensure clarity and fairness in vacation allocation for employees whose employment is structured as a series of fixed-term engagements, preventing misunderstandings or disputes about vacation rights.
