Common use of Vacation Scheduling Clarification Clause in Contracts

Vacation Scheduling Clarification. With approval of the immediate supervisor, employees shall schedule their vacations during the calendar year with the exception as provided in Section 14.7. Unless the employee wishes to use the Christmas or Easter recess as part of their paid vacation, these two periods shall be taken off without pay. The foregoing applies only to those employees who are not scheduled to work during the above two recess periods.
