Common use of Valid Organization/Authorization Clause in Contracts

Valid Organization/Authorization. You are an entity, the authorizations in the enrollment form or supplemental enrollment form have been provided in accordance with your relevant governing documents, the foregoing constitutes all action necessary to provide the above authorizations for Trade Agents or Confirming Agents on your behalf, and the foregoing are now in full force and effect. Thereafter, the new enrollment form or supplemental enrollment form shall in all respects supersede or amend, as the case may be, any previous enrollment form or supplemental enrollment form.
