Common use of VALIDITY OF BID Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY OF BID. 4.8.1 The Bids submitted shall remain valid for 180 days from the Due Date of submission. 4.8.2 In exceptional circumstances, prior to the expiry of the original bid validity period, TSRTC may request the Bidders to extend the period of validity for a specified additional period. The request for the extension shall be made in writing. Bidder will not be permitted to modify its Price Bid, but will be required to extend the validity of the Bid for the period of extension.
