Common use of Validity of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Validity of Bonds. The recital contained in the Bonds that the same are regularly issued pursuant to the Law and that the total amount of indebtedness of the District, including the amount of the Bonds, is within the limit provided by law, shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and of compliance with the provisions of the Law in their issuance.
