Value of Inventory. Evaluation of the share of a partner in the event of a withdrawal, incapacity, or death.
Value of Inventory. Purchaser and Seller hereby mutually determine, in good faith, that the Inventory Value of Seller’s Inventory existing on the Inventory Date is Two Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($235,000.00).   • Product Availability Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible to the Client or anyone else for its failure to fill accepted orders, or for its delay in filling accepted orders, when such failure or delay is due to strike, accident, labor trouble, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, vendor problems or any cause beyond Company's reasonable control.
