Valves. 9.1 The Operators agree that valve numbers 3077, 3079 and 3081 are owned and operated by National Grid Gas. 9.2 National Grid Gas shall as soon as reasonably practicable advise IUK of, and keep IUK updated in relation to, any maintenance works which National Grid Gas proposes to carry out in relation to valve numbers 3077, 3079 and 3081. National Grid Gas shall ensure that IUK shall have access to the National Grid Gas Facilities to witness any maintenance works to be carried out in relation to the valves and to observe the operation of such valves. 9.3 If National Grid Gas proposes to make a modification to valve numbers 3077, 3079 and/or 3081, the provisions of clause 9 (Modification and inspection of Connection Facilities) shall apply.
