Variation to Charges Sample Clauses

The 'Variation to Charges' clause defines the process by which the fees or charges under a contract may be adjusted after the agreement has commenced. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which charges can be changed, such as changes in scope, regulatory requirements, or cost increases, and may require written notice or mutual agreement before any adjustment takes effect. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon mechanism for modifying charges, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties understand how and when financial terms can be updated.
