Common use of Variation to Grid Charges Clause in Contracts

Variation to Grid Charges. Transpower may, at any time, but (without limiting clause 37.3) no more than once in any calendar year, vary the Grid Charges in accordance with the Transmission Pricing Methodology by giving the Customer not less than three months' notice of any variation. If Transpower varies the Grid Charges, Transpower is to forward to the Customer a revised Schedule 5 (Grid Charges). Transpower's rights under this clause are in addition to any recalculation of Grid Charges under clause 16.4(b).

If Transpower varies the Grid Charges, Transpower is to forward to the Customer a revised Schedule 5 3 (Grid Charges). Transpower's rights under this clause are in addition to any recalculation of Grid Charges under clause 16.4(b19.2(b).
