VEHICLE LIST. CONTRACTOR shall use only Vehicles that have been submitted to and approved by Director. CONTRACTOR shall submit a complete list of Vehicles, including back-up Vehicles, using Form V, accessible through Director’s Solid Waste Information Management System (SWIMS) and update it as Vehicles change.

VEHICLE LIST. On or before March 31 of each year, Franchisee shall provide the Contract Manager with a list of the vehicles and other collection equipment that will be used by Franchisee to provide services under this Agreement.
