Vehicle Mechanics. A Journeyman Automotive Mechanic's duties shall include the repair, maintenance, modification and commissioning of vehicles and equipment. A Vehicle Mechanic may be assisted by a Driver/Helper.
Vehicle Mechanics. Maintainers who repair or who perform routine maintenance on revenue service vehicles; (7) Welders; and (8) other employees whose duties relate to safe operation of passenger service and who operate a revenue service vehicle, whether or not such vehicle is in revenue service; who control the dispatch or movement of a revenue service vehicle; or maintain revenue service vehicles or equipment used in revenue service. (ii) The above employees shall be in a pool from which random selection is made.   • Vehicle Liability Consultant shall maintain Business Automobile Liability insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence on Consultant’s owned, hired and non-owned vehicles assigned to or used in the performance of the Consultant’s work or services under this Agreement. Coverage will be at least as broad as ISO coverage code “1” “any auto” policy form CA 00 01 12 93 or equivalent thereof. To the fullest extent allowed by law, for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, the City, its agents, representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees shall be cited as an Additional Insured under ISO Business Auto policy Designated Insured Endorsement form CA 20 48 or equivalent. If any Excess insurance is utilized to fulfill the requirements of this subsection, such Excess insurance shall be “follow form” equal or broader in coverage scope than underlying insurance.

Airfare: Airfare is reimbursable at the lowest available rate based on 14 day advance purchase of a discounted coach/economy full-service seat based on the required arrival time for the event. The payment confirmation and itinerary must be presented with the travel reimbursement form. The traveler will be responsible for the excess charges of an airline ticket purchase other than a coach/economy seat. When using Southwest Airlines a traveler should choose the “wanna get away” flight category. Allowable Expenses: Bag fees. Fare changes are allowable if business related or due to family emergency. Unallowable Expenses/Fees: Trip insurance, Early Bird Check In, Front of the line, Leg Room, Fare changes for personal reasons. Unallowable Fees/Charges: GPS, prepaid fuel, premium radio, child safety seats, additional insurance, one way rentals. Allowable expenses: Parking and tolls allowed with documentation. Other Transportation: Other forms of transit (bus, taxi, train) are reimbursable with an original receipt. Gratuities: Gratuities are permitted if original receipt includes gratuity (20% maximum allowed) for any transportation services.
