Vendor Webpage. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of the Contract, Vendor will establish and maintain a webpage specific to the services awarded under the Contract that are clearly distinguishable from other, non-DIR Contract offerings on the Vendor’s website. The webpage must include: a) the services awarded; b) description of product and service awarded c) a current price list or mechanism (for example, a services calculator or product builder) to obtain specific contracted pricing; d) discount percentage (%) off MSRP or List Price; e) designated Order Fulfillers; f) contact information (name, telephone number and email address) for Vendor and designated Order Fulfillers; g) instructions for obtaining quotes and placing Purchase Orders; h) warranty policies; i) return policies; j) the DIR Contract number with a hyperlink to the Contract’s DIR webpage; k) a link to the DIR “Cooperative Contracts” webpage; and l) the DIR logo in accordance with the requirements of this Section. If Vendor does not meet the webpage requirements listed above, DIR may cancel the contract without penalty.
