Common use of Vendor Webpage Clause in Contracts

Vendor Webpage. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of the Contract, Vendor will establish and maintain a webpage specific to the products and service offerings under the Contract that are clearly distinguishable from other, non-DIR Contract offerings on the Vendor’s website. The webpage must include: a) the products and services offered; DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4158 Vendor Contract No. _US-GMA-1889764 b) product and service specifications; c) specific Contract pricing; d) i) discount percentage (%) off MSRP, or (ii) List Price;
