Verbal Reminder. The supervisor holds a Verbal Reminder meeting with the employee. The purpose of the meeting is to explain the employee's conduct or acts which are in violation of City Rules, policies or practices and to remind the employee of the behavior that is expected in the future and the consequences of not meeting the performance expectations of the supervisor.

  • Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year.
