Common use of Version Update Clause in Contracts

Version Update. The term “Version Update” shall mean the process of detailing what components have been developed for release to clients into Release Notes documentation, notifying that the release is being scheduled for deployment, and a timeframe for the deployment. Contractor will work with the County for validation and verification in staging, and then the product is released to production upon acceptance.
