VIAL LABELING; STORAGE. Amersham shall vial label, store and distribute Tositumomab in accordance with (i) Corixa's and BI Pharma's Specifications for vial labeling and storage and (ii) all applicable laws, rules and regulations. It shall be Amersham's sole responsibility to establish and maintain a site for such activities. Distribution of Tositumomab hereunder shall be in accordance with Section 3.4.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment.
