Violations of the Following Rules shall be Cause for Immediate. Dismissal 1. Misrepresentation of facts in obtaining employment. 2. Punching another employee’s time card. 3. Deliberate destruction or removal of Company property or the property of another employee. 4. Attempts to injure, interfere with or obstruct production. 5. Gambling 6. Disorderly or immoral conduct. 7. Bringing intoxicants and/or drugs into the plant, or reporting to work under the influence of liquor or drugs or reporting for work in an unfit condition to work.
