Common use of Visits by Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

The County agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether local Union representatives, District Council representatives, or International representatives, upon reasonable and proper introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time during working hours to conduct Union business.
