Representatives from the Union will be granted reasonable access to City facilities and employees in the bargaining unit for the purpose of investigating grievances and to conduct official union business. The CITY agrees to provide the Union with a meeting room in the City to allow the Union to be easily accessible to bargaining unit employees on a regular basis for informational purposes. The date, time, location, and intervals of such union office hours shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
