VISITS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVE. ‌ 4.01 An authorized Union representative(s), upon request to the Employer, shall have access to the Plant at reasonable times during working hours in order to determine whether the terms of this Agreement are being properly observed. These visits shall not interfere with the scheduled activities of the Plant.

VISITS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVE. Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled, upon proper notice, to visit the warehouse for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented.

VISITS OF UNION REPRESENTATIVE. Authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to visit the operation of the Employer during working hours to talk with the Stewards of the Local Union and/or representatives of the Employer concerning matters covered by this Agreement without interfering with the progress of the work force. The Union will arrange with the Employer for the time and place prior to the occurrence of such Visits.

  • Union Representative Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

  • List of Union Representatives The Union agrees to provide and maintain an up-to-date list of all Union Representatives (including Union Stewards, Union Executive, Grievance Committee, Labour/Management Committee and Negotiating Committee) to the Director of Human Resources or designate.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
