Common use of Visual Inspection Clause in Contracts

Visual Inspection. Subcontractor acknowledges that it has visited the Project site and visually inspected the general and local conditions, including but not limited to the availability of skilled labor, which could affect the Work. Any failure of the Subcontractor to reasonably ascertain from a visual inspection of the site the general and local conditions which could affect the Work will not relieve the Subcontractor from its responsibility to properly complete the Work without additional expense to the Contractor.
